Connect with the Wisdom of Your Body, Breath & Inner Creatrix
Good girls don't make waves.
They swallow their sadness, rage, joy, expression and wild. Learning that holding back is a way to keep the peace, not rock the boat or be seen as “too much”.
But somewhere along the way, holding back can build a comfortable cage around our creative kingdom and magic.
We become polished, sensible versions of adulthood. Wired and uninspired. Clocking out of curiosity, presence and instinct, while running on autopilot.
Have we traded our wild Inner Creatrix for a version of ourselves that feel more acceptable, easier for everyone else?
Your body knows when you're holding back.
Ghosting the tight jaw. The raised shoulders. The breath you keep holding as you keep bracing.
Your mind is buzzing with brilliant ideas, but overthinking keeps you playing small. You talk yourself out of making moves that feel more aligned with how you want to live.
Outside noise drowns out your own voice. You keep second-guessing, putting things off and pushing aside the parts of you.
Yet something in you is calling for more space. To pause. Reconnect. To Breathe. To Move. Get curious. Make room for flow, expression and joy.
Is It Time to Meet your Inner Creatrix?

The Truth.
Maybe You Are One Or All Of The Above, You’re Done Outsourcing Your Power To Others.
Throughout our lives, we may have heard messages like:
“Don’t show off.” "Sit still", “Don’t make a scene.” "Don't make a mess.", “Calm down.” “Be nice.” “What will people think?”
Messages that can teach us not to take up too much space. To ignore our inner knowing and the urge to be the director of our own storey. Not to disrupt or express.
They can shape how we show up in the world, what we dare to try and how comfortable we feel being seen. How we see ourselves, others and the world.
Creating patterns, paths well trodden, familiar and predictable, yet you stay braced. Holding yourself back. Careful not to step outside these unspoken rules.
But how often were we really encouraged to trust our own intuition, embrace what makes us different and let what makes us come alive have a place in this world in our life's.
To see our bodies as something to work with and you hold a tool that can influence your state of mind and physical well-being, your breath.
Let’s breathe, get curious and explore what becomes possible when you make space for yourself.
In a world filled with screens, noise and other people’s opinions, it’s easy to lose touch with what’s happening inside us.
Life got so serious, I forgot __________.
To play. To get curious. To make things without needing to get them right. To question the rules. To imagine a different way of doing things and trust ourselves enough to give it a go.
This is where I draw on breath and creative practice.
Our breath is something we can consciously work with. Different breathing patterns can influence how we feel, sometimes helping us settle and become more present, other times supporting alertness and focus. There’s no one-size-fits-all response, It’s about getting curious about our own experience and finding ways of working with it.
Then there’s creative practice. Through colour, shape, mark-making and expressive drawing, we can explore ideas and experiences without needing to explain everything perfectly. We can experiment, follow a hunch, make a mess and lean into creativity action.
All of my offering start with foundational grounding tools, as I believe it's only from this place we can build our capacity to step out of our comfort zones, leaning into a deeper sense of self an unbecoming before reclaiming our untamed self.
This is Where Things Start to Shift.
Here, you may begin to learn:
-
How breathing affects your nervous system, what’s happening in your body.
-
To recognise how stress in your body, so you can interrupt it before it escalates.
-
To build emotional resilience, through hormonal shifts, life transitions and high-pressure periods.
-
Breath and creative techniques, to use in everyday life, when you pull them into action.
-
Within 1:1 spaces, building capacity for emotions, staying present with sensation rather than avoiding or overriding it.
-
Feeling calmer under pressure, responding rather than reacting.
-
Deeper, more restorative sleep rather than fragmented or restless nights.
-
Greater capacity for emotional agility and mental clarity.
-
A growing ability to protect your energy, with more space for rest and recovery.
-
An awareness of your breath and the ability to slow things down when life feels busy.
So you may begin to notice:

I’m Zoe.
Artsy breathwork coach, creative facilitator and psychotherapist.
With over a thousand hours of therapeutic experience, I’ve supported women to reconnect with themselves, their needs and what matters to them. As a breathwork Coach, I bring psychotherapeutic values, curiosity and compassion to the spaces I hold.
On my own journey, I became familiar with the headaches, rigid body and constant hum of adrenaline. I knew how to keep going, push through and get things done. But eventually, my body told a different story.
My background in trauma services has shaped how I work, with a deep respect for each woman’s individual experience. I prioritise safety, trust and choice, creating space for you to explore at your own pace, without pressure to perform or become someone else.
Discovering a breathwork and creative programme centred on reclaiming my worth changed something in me. It invited me to question the rules I’d been living by and imagine what life might look like if I stopped measuring myself against everyone else’s expectations.
Now, I bring breathwork, somatic exploration and creative practices together to help women reconnect with their bodies, trust their inner wisdom and rediscover the parts of themselves they’ve tucked away to fit in. This is about more than feeling better; it’s about finding your voice, reclaiming your identity and creating a life that feels like your own.
Alongside my work, I’m an artist, a nature lover and a down-to-earth Yorkshire lass who finds quiet magic in a good cuppa, a creative afternoon and the little things that make life feel alive.
